As a member, you will learn to think outside the box with many of the original concepts, ideas, exercises, and other proven techniques that I used to teach some of the world’s greatest drummers and author the award-winning book “Beyond The Backbeat”. Groove etudes, transition exercises, groove demonstrations, and more will greatly improve your vocabulary and ability to lay down some serious grooves. Of course, there are also videos and PDFs on other more traditional topics including hand technique, independence, reading, solo construction, and more. No matter what style of music you play I know you’ll grow as a drummer and musician. All of the material is derived from my experience as a player and 30-year career as a Professor at Berklee College of Music. There will be new material constantly added so there will always be something new to work on. Most of all I know you’ll have fun!
